Our in-house design team also implements ongoing SEO strategies to boost online presence and target prospects more acutely to reduce cost.
The CollegeTown Properties brokerage team is a small group of individuals focused exclusively on the student-housing sector. The team works closely with Clients to build their sales pro forma so each deal can be carefully evaluated. Our team closely monitors transactions in each market we operate in, providing Clients with real-time information so they can make the best decision possible. Each transaction is taken from contract to close with a keen attention to detail. The brokerage team works closely with the operations team to integrate new properties into the management portfolio and provide a seamless transition for our Clients.
CollegeTown Properties offers pre-construction development services for clients including site acquisition, due diligence, project pro forma, concept creation and branding. We also work with strategic partners on our client’s behalf to procure vendor & supplier contracts and act as an intermediary between the general contractor and the client seeing the project through to certificate of occupancy.
